Goal
Reveal all cells that don't contain mines without detonating any mines.
How to Win
You win when all non-mine cells are revealed!
How to Play
- Reveal a cell: Left-click on any cell
- Flag a mine: Right-click on a cell to mark it as a suspected mine
- Chord: Click on a revealed number to reveal all adjacent cells (if flags are placed correctly)
Numbers
When you reveal a cell, it shows a number indicating how many mines are in the 8 surrounding cells.
Difficulty
- Easy: 9x9 grid with 10 mines - great for beginners
- Medium: 16x16 grid with 40 mines - balanced challenge
- Hard: 30x16 grid with 99 mines - for experienced players
Tips
- Start with corners or edges - they're statistically safer
- Use the numbers to deduce where mines are
- Flag cells you're certain contain mines
- First click is always safe
