Scorpion Solitaire Strategy

Scorpion Solitaire rewards long-term planning. You can move many stacks, but same-suit building means a few careless moves can block an entire suit.

Expose Face-Down Cards Early

The first four columns hide the information you need most. Prioritize moves that uncover face-down cards, especially when they also keep a useful same-suit sequence intact.

Protect Empty Columns

Empty columns are your strongest tool, but only Kings can enter them. Try to create a space when you have a King-led stack ready to use it.

Do Not Rush the Stock

The three stock cards can help, but they can also bury columns that were close to freeing hidden cards. Use the stock after you have made the most productive tableau moves.

Build Real Suit Runs

Because only same-suit descending cards connect, temporary messy stacks should lead toward real suit order. When possible, extend a King-to-Ace run instead of making a move that only looks available.
