Pyramid Retreat

Goal

Remove all cards from the pyramid by pairing them to sum to 13—in this version, you can recycle the waste pile for extra chances!

How to Win

You win when all cards are removed from the pyramid!

Card Values

• Ace = 1
• 2-10 = face value
• Jack = 11
• Queen = 12
• King = 13 (removes alone!)

How to Remove Cards

Tap any two free cards that total 13. Combinations that work:

• Ace + Queen = 13
• 2 + Jack = 13
• 3 + 10 = 13
• 4 + 9 = 13
• 5 + 8 = 13
• 6 + 7 = 13
• King = 13 (click alone to remove)

Which Cards You Can Use

Any card not blocked by another card above it can be used. The bottom row of the pyramid is always available, and clearing pairs reveals more cards beneath.

Drawing and Recycling

Draw cards from the stock pile to the waste pile by clicking. Use waste cards to pair with pyramid cards, or pair two waste cards together! When you've gone through all the cards, click the empty stock to shuffle the waste back (except the top card) for another pass.

What Makes Retreat Different

The key difference from standard Pyramid: when your stock pile runs out, click it to recycle the waste pile back into the stock. This gives you unlimited chances to find the pairs you need, making Pyramid Retreat the easier, more forgiving version of the two.
