About Tetris

Tetris is a fast block puzzle where falling pieces are arranged to complete full lines. Completed lines clear from the board and give you more room to keep playing.

Good play depends on a clean stack and preparation for the long piece. Keep the surface low, avoid deep holes, and plan around the next piece before the current one lands.

How to Play

Goal

Arrange falling tetromino blocks to complete horizontal lines. Each completed line disappears and scores points. The game ends when blocks stack to the top.

How to Win

There is no final win state in Tetris. Keep clearing lines to achieve the highest score possible before the blocks reach the top!

Scoring

1 line = 40 x level | 2 lines = 100 x level | 3 lines = 300 x level | 4 lines (Tetris) = 1200 x level

Levels & Speed

The level increases every 10 lines cleared. As the level increases, blocks fall faster. The game starts at Level 1.
